• That where any written description is applied to the goods, that the goods match that description.

If the above are breached, you may be entitled to certain remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, which include repair, replacement or refund. You should contact the store where the item(s) was purchased regarding any refund or warranty claims.

Australia Post

For most items, Skytree phone will send your item via Australia Post. Your shipping options will be calculated and provided at the time of checkout, so you can select the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Courier

For items that Australia Post will not carry, or it is not cost-effective to do so, the store that has listed the item may advise that a courier option is available. In this instance, please contact the store to arrange a cost for freight.
